Visible Set of H.H. Rabbits

The magician shows two cut out rabbits one White and one Black.

They are covered with two covers, the White rabbit going into the cover with a White hat, and the Black rabbit into a cover with the Black hat. The covers are moved around, and the rabbits are found to have exchanged places.

This is repeated a number of times, and the audience believes they have caught you out.

They inform that the rabbits are White on one side and Black on the other, and you are merely turning them around to change places.

Finally you turn the two rabbits around, and show that they are not Black and White as the audience believes, but entirely different colors Red and Green.

"A stake was driven through his heart, and the coffin lit ablaze," recite the magician, "but all that could ever be found among the ashes of the funeral pyre was this single nail." As soon as this effect arrived in the shop the excitement was hard to contain. If you are looking for a new addition to your close-up arsenal, look no further. Peter has already added this to the climax of his ring on rope routine! The possibilities are endless!!!

Effect #1: The magician places a borrowed finger ring on top of a card case, which was previously shown to be empty. The card box is then closed and the ring covered with a card. The magician flicks it with his finger and the ring magically penetrates in to the card case! The ring is then cleanly removed for examination.

Effect#2: The magician shows an empty card case which he hands to a spectator to hold. He borrows a finger ring from a separate spectator which is placed under a silk and given to spectator to hold. The silk is whipped away and the ring has completely vanished! The spectator holding the card case is asked to shake the box and can here the sound of the ring now inside!!! The case is opened and the ring cleanly tipped out on to the spectators hand!

A cigarette lighter effect ! We tried to think of a great name -- Aippo, Bippo, Cippo, Dippo, Eippo, Fippo...

Nothing seemed to click. And just when we were about to run out of options, it struck us like a bolt of lightning ...Serendipity: "The gift of making a discovery by pure accident."

The performer borrows a ring (or marked coin), wraps it in some tissue paper to clean it, then shows the spectator a really thorough way to do the job. The performer hands spectator his cigarette lighter: "It's a test of faith", he says. "Light the paper; the paper will vanish in a flash and your ring will be more brilliant, more beautiful than you've ever remembered. Trust me".

Spectator lights paper, it vanishes in a flash, leaving ... nothing. "O.K. - well at least I got the paper part right ..."

And then, after the obligatory hemming and hawing, performer discovers a rattle in his lighter. He pulls the lighter apart: INSIDE THE SOLID STEEL LIGHTER IS THE BORROWED RING!
