2. Participant number two opens the book at any page and remembers the word printed there. He now turns to the back of the book and 'free associates' his word with any of the objects found there.

3. Participant three opens the book and remembers 2 shapes and their colours.

4. Participant four opens the book and remembers a 2 or 3 digit number.

5. The final participant opens the book and remembers a time.

Now, without touching or taking the book back, you can read the participant's minds and name all five items! Or you could write or draw one, two or all five of them! Or predict the final choice! The options are limitless.

One or more spectators are invited to participate in ‘Project-X’. he remembers any card he sees in the deck. Let’s say the Four of Spades. The spectator himself now deals through the deck to find what position his card lies at. Except, of course, the card isn’t there! All he finds are the fifty one other cards. No duplicates! Nothing added or taken away!

The performer now removes a prediction from an envelope that has been in view the whole time - it states, Somehow you thought of the Four of Spades! The only card that wasn’t there!! The spectator is speechless. Want to know why it’s called ‘Project-X’? asks the performer. The spectator nods. The performer hands the envelope to the spectator. Inside is a single playing card with a big, black ‘X’ on its back. It is the Four of Spades!

Phase-One

Two picture cards are shown and placed face up on the table. A card is freely chosen from a face-up deck, signed and placed between the two kings. With a snap of the fingers the chosen signed card vanishes from between the kings and is now face down in the middle of the face up deck!

Phase Two

The two picture cards are once again placed face-up on the table. The signed card is now shown going into the middle of the deck. The deck is squared and cut . The picture cards are now fanned to show a face-down card between them, your spectator removes the card himself and yes it the signed selection!
