This wonderful stage performance piece takes an age old prop you probably have lying around your house and turns it completely on its head to create and multi-phased routine that will easily entertain a small or large theatre audience. In this routine, the performer hands a spectator a deck of cards to look through before separating the deck into two equal piles. The spectator deals one at a time through their half of the deck until the performer says stop. This card is placed to one side. Then the performer deals through his half and the spectator says stop whenever they like and the card stopped to is placed to one side. When both cards are turned over, they are a matching pair of 2’s. Then in a continuing routine, the spectator takes their half and removes any card before shuffling it into the performers half of the deck. The spectator even shuffles their half. Then, without even looking at the cards, the performer somehow finds the chosen card!
