Paul's Hands Off Bank Night is a wonderful handling of this classic routine. A note is borrowed and placed into an envelope. The other envelopes hold newspaper pieces that feel exactly the same as the note. They are all mixed but the performer still finds the note despite how fair everything has been! The method is incredibly clever and allows the performer to focus on presentation and not the workings!
