Most of our orders are dispatched the same day we receive the order otherwise we will dispatch orders within 1- 3 business days of receiving your order. For items that are not in stock or which are pre-ordered or a special order item then we will dispatch these items as soon as we have the item in stock. (usually 3-5 working days)

If you choose this, it is sent via DHL. You will then receive a notification from DHL on Demand Delivery. This will keep you updated on your shipments progress and estimated date/time of delivery.

-Deliver on another day: Scheduled Delivery.
-Deliver package to another address: Alternate delivery to work/family.
-Deliver to a safe place: Authorise Shipment Release.
-Deliver to a neighbour.
-Deliver to a DHL service point: Hold for collection.
-Request Hold My Package: If you're on Vacation they can hold your parcel in safe keeping for up to 30 days!
When the shipment doesn't fit your schedule the 100% FREE service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery, giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your magic items!

If you haven't received your goods within a week of receiving our email telling you your goods have been shipped you should telephone your local Royal mail delivery office to check if they are holding your goods for you. Or alternatively you can call one of our customer care team and we can trace the item for you.
