Alakazam Magic have a magic shop located in Ashford, Kent which you are more than welcome to visit and unlike many other businesses we do not hide our phone number. If you need to speak to us urgently, go old school and pick up the phone we will be happy to hear from you!
Discounts
At Alakazam Magic we are always looking at ways to save you money and one of the ways is our great bundle offers, where we bundle great items together and you get a great saving. (New bundle deals are added to the site regularly) *Please note only one discount maybe used at any one time, so if for instance you ordering a bundle deal. You will not be able to apply an additional discount code.
Alakazam Loyalty Points
Alakazam Magic have always rewarded our customers, not only with great service and advice but we were the first magic company to offer loyalty points and we are proud to say we have one of the best loyalty schemes in the business!
With the Alakazam Loyalty system you can earn points on every purchase you make from a deck of cards through to a high-priced prop. So, what does this mean? It’s simple you will earn 5% of your order (excluding shipping cost) so that’s like an instant 5% discount on all purchases. Once you have earnt some points you save them up and exchange them for discounts and money off future orders. What’s more we now have a very special VIP Tier for our loyal customers where you will get a special one off 15% discount to use on anything you like and then an ongoing 5% discount on all future orders. Unlike other magic companies we do not charge you a monthly subscription to be a VIP! Once you have earnt enough points you will automatically become an Alakazam VIP giving you access to exclusive discounts, launch night discounts and lots of special VIP bonuses.
Price Match Promise
As well as providing a great service we are also aware that price is a big factor in choosing where to purchase so with this in mind We regularly check prices against other magic stores and in the unlikely event you find something cheaper elsewhere, we'll be happy to match it (as long as the company selling them has stock). All you need to do is let us know where you have seen the item at a cheaper price.
*Please note, price matching may not be available if the other store has the item on sale or do not have stock of the item and is calculated on the final cost of the product including any shipping charges and taxes.

Price Drop Promise
There is nothing more annoying than purchasing an item and seeing it on sale the very next day. Well, we don’t want any of our customers to have that feeling! So we have introduced our Price Drop Promise, so now you can shop with confidence!
If you purchase a product from Alakazam Magic and the price on our site drops by more than 5% within 3 days of your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly refund the different in the form of a store credit
**Digital Content
All digital content including instant downloads, Alakazam Academies, Instructional video and PDF’s are provided to you with the ability for you to download and store the content. All your purchases will be stored on your Alakazam Account for easy access but we do recommend that you download all available content as Alakazam Magic Limited is not responsible for storing the item once you have purchased the item.
What does "Back Order / On Order” mean?
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. This email will give a rough restocking time (the usual wait is only a few days) but should you require a more specific estimate then please telephone is on: +44 (0) 1233 663636 between 10am and 5pm Monday – Friday.
Can I return an item to Alakazam Magic?
Alakazam Magic Ltd aim to guarantee your satisfaction in all cases if you have made a purchase you are dissatisfied with please fill in the returns form in your account.

Purchased an item you are unhappy with?
You can receive a full refund if you decide to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item. In this instance, the product must be returned to Alakazam Magic within 14 days. If you decide to Return the item after the 14 day period you can only returned in exchange for a store credit as long as your return satisfies the terms below.
The Alakazam return policy does not apply to downloads or consumable items, i.e., Flash or powder products.
Decks of cards and DVDs must be returned fully shrink wrapped and unopened. Faulty items, however, will be exchanged for a working version of the same product.
**Opened decks may only be returned if there is a printing error.
Alakazam Magic Limited will only cover your return shipping cost if the product is faulty otherwise you must pay shipping on returned items. If required, Alakazam Magic will reimburse the shipping charge on faulty items so long as we approve the cost of the shipping before you send it (please note we will only cover standard shipping costs for faulty items) So please do not send using any priority service.
All products must be returned, intact, complete with packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that have been damaged in transit (so please ensure you packed the product securely), or where the package has been damaged. including where shipping labels have been attached directly to the product packaging.
If the product is not faulty and was sent to you with free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Please note, Unopened products may be returned up to 60 days after purchase and opened products may only be returned up to 30 days after purchase.
As our return system is connected to your personal account Alakazam Magic will only accept returns from the original purchaser.
No return for any reason will be accepted unless the returns form has been completed

How do I order from Alakazam?
At Alakazam Magic we always try to keep all listed items in stock at all time but this is sometimes not possible due to manufacturing or supply difficulties. If you require an item urgently and would like to check availability before you order then please either email or call us on sales@alakazam.co.ukor +44 (0) 1233 637888 and we can advise you accordingly and help get your items to you as fast as possible.
Order your items on-line with the safety of our 128bit security; just click on any of the menu items to the left and you will be taken to the first page of that section. Find the item you want (you can use the Search button above if you know what you want) and just click the "Buy Now button".
I am having a problem ordering – what should I do?

How do I make my purchase?
Making a purchase with Alakazam Magic Ltd could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy, adding them to your shopping cart. Please note that all prices are shown in British pounds sterling. After you have finished your selection, click on ORDER and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept online payments via credit card or Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and American Express via the option on our site. You are also able to pay via Paypal
When will my order be dispatched to me?
We dispatch most orders on the same day they are placed where possible, with the exception of weekends. If you would like to guarantee your order gets dispatched the same day then please ensure that you place your order by 3:00pm GMT at the latest if ordering online and by 3:30pm GMT if ordering via telephone.
What does "declined” order mean?
If your credit or debit card is declined when processing your order we will email you immediately with notification. If we do not hear from you with in period of up to two days, your order will be automatically deleted from our database and you will need to reorder. Wherever possible, customers are advised to telephone the offices on the enquiries line: +44 (0) 1233 663636 in order to resolve the issue as quick as possible to ensure that the order can be dispatched as swiftly as possible.
Are my card details secure when ordering with Alakazam?

Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes we do. Alakazam Magic Ltd does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties under any circumstances. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. When you order products, Alakazam Magic Ltd will collect your name, address, contact and payment details. We require this information so that we can process and dispatch your order as well as contact customers if there is a query with their order. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
Are prices subject to change?
Alakazam Magic Ltd reserves the right to alter the prices on any item at any time without prior notice. This may be due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates or an increase in production costs. All pricing changes are made at the discretion of the company and once made, are final. Any queries in regards to pricing changes should be directed to Alakazam Magic Ltd via any of the contact methods below.
Shipping to Europe (Post BREXIT)
Please note due to BREXIT and the subsequent changes to the VAT and tax laws all customers inside the EU will now purchase products excluding VAT.
Please be aware you may be charged additional duty and taxes in your country. Alakazam Magic Limited are not responsible for any taxes, duties or charges which may be incurred upon your item's arrival to your country.
Combining Orders
Please be aware that we will wherever possible combine orders if we have multiple order going out to you at the same time. If this is done will will refund any additional postage back to you. If for any reason you do not wish to have you orders combined please let us know at the time of placing your order.
