After greeting your spectators, you take out a small perfume sample type spray and let them smell it. Everything is totally harmless and well known to all. Let's take the scent Cherry for our example.

Everyone clearly identifies the perfume that comes out of this spray by smelling the liquid that you have just placed in the hand of a spectator.
